There is a problem with my order!

If something in your order isn't right, let us know! Did it arrive broken? Did you receive the wrong item? We will make it right! In order to get the help you need as quickly as possible, please make sure to include your 4-digit order number in your message.

My order was marked as DELIEVERED but it isn't here?!

If your order was marked as delivered, but you can't find it, the quickest way to find it is to contact the US Postal Service in your area (or whichever post carrier is associated with your tracking number) to make sure they didn't deliver it to your neighbor on accident! We will do our best to help you try to find your package, but your local mailman will know better than we will about where it is located. If the tracking number is with USPS, you can file a missing package claim here.

Do you ship to [insert country here]?

Yes, I ship everywhere! There is an app at checkout that automatically calculates the shipping cost from Boise, Idaho (me) to wherever you are! I have had a few people ask me for shipping estimates to certain countries, and I haven't figured out how to do that yet without going through the checkout process (sorry I'm new to this), but I will keep trying to figure it out in the meantime. Please note that VAT charges may apply upon arrival in the EU.

The product I want is sold out!

We are a small business, and 3D prinitng is a relatively slow form of manufacturing. When I have a TikTok blow up, things can sell out really quickly. Please note--text messages are way more expensive for us to send out, so we may not send them for every restock. Can I choose my Rescue Slug species?

I have recently outsourced my packaging and shipping to Verde Fulfillment, a local fulfillment center here in Boise. Because of this, I have to put each slug + the certificate(s) in a little baggie with a barcode on it, and all of the Rescue Slugs are now under the same SKU/barcode when they are picked to be shipped. Outsourcing the fulfillment is going to help me be much more sustainable, in addition to freeing up a ton of my time to focus on my homework, designing new products, and printing more slugs! But not being able to pick your Rescue Slug species is the downside of this. I will think about doing separate color barcodes for rescues in the future, but it would add a TON of work for me on a product I am not making any money on (and I am super overworked right now as it is). But I hear you, and I will keep it in mind. In the meantime, thank you for understanding and let's just think of them as fun "Mystery Slugs"!
